Community Education

Speaker’s Bureau
So often we hear from families that they wished they had heard and understood the value of hospice sooner. The volunteers who make up the Speaker’s Bureau are there to help change this so families know how to reach us and receive the help they need when someone is coming to the end of life.

The Watchman™ Program

The Watchman™ Program is outreach into a faith community that will facilitate access to Hospice for people who are dealing with end-of-life issues. The Watchman™ Program utilizes a volunteer in a faith community who acts as a liaison between people needing end-of-life services and Hospice Care Network.

At Hospice Care Network we realize the vital role that faith communities play in providing spiritual, social and emotional support to their congregations. The Watchman™ Representative is a resource to those who minister to the dying and their families.

For more information about the Watchman™ Program, please call us at (516) 224-6420 and speak with The Watchman™ Program Coordinator.

I don’t know how to get the word out to others about the incredible service that hospice provides.  Please keep up your efforts to get the good word out to the public.
