Annual Fund

Your gift to the Annual Fund will:

  • Help to expand the services of our bereavement department, which serves not only our patients and their families, but is also available to the community
  • Provide care to patients who have no insurance
  • Support training for volunteers
  • Help to fund the perinatal program
  • Help support treatments that may not be covered by insurance

Gifts of $500 or more will be listed on the Annual Giving Plaque in the Woodbury Office,

This donation is offered in honor of a special friend.  Hospice was a significant source of comfort and contentment for my friend during his last days.  The compassion and understanding of the hospice staff was helpful to the whole family, as they prepared to say goodbye.
